Booking & Scheduling

Bookings are confirmed by email with the property address, date, time, package, and total price.

Confirming a booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Shoots cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the travel fee.

Weather-dependent services — aerial photography and video — may be rescheduled at the photographer's discretion for safety or FAA compliance. Coastiva Media LLC is FAA Part 107 certified and insured.

Scope & Coverage

Photo count and coverage are as specified in your booking confirmation. Short-term rental listings require broader coverage than MLS listings — typically every bathroom fixture, multiple angles per bedroom, and additional detail images — and are priced accordingly. Please confirm the intended use of the photos at the time of booking so the shoot can be scoped correctly.

Property Preparation

The property should be photo-ready on arrival: blinds open, counters and surfaces clear, personal items put away, cars moved from the driveway, and trash cans out of frame. Interior lighting is handled by the photographer and does not need to be turned on.

Time spent staging or preparing the property beyond minor adjustments may extend the session and affect scheduling.

Delivery

Photos are delivered by download link within the timeframe stated in your booking confirmation, typically next business days.

Payment

Payment is due upon delivery. Media is licensed for use upon receipt of payment in full. Established clients may be extended net terms at Coastiva Media's discretion.

Revisions

One round of editing revisions — exposure, color, tone, and cropping — is included at no charge.

Please submit all revision requests together within 7 days of delivery. Revised files are returned within 2 business days of the request.

Additional Sessions

Requests for additional images, re-shot images, or a change in style or approach after delivery are booked as a separate session and quoted at standard rates. Travel is billed per trip.

Licensing & Copyright

All media remains the exclusive copyright of Coastiva Media LLC.

A non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to the client to use the photos, videos, and other deliverables solely for marketing the property specified in the booking. Media may be used until the property is sold, rented, or no longer represented by the client. This license takes effect upon payment in full.

Media may not be sold, shared, transferred, altered, or reused for other properties or projects without written permission. Coastiva Media LLC retains the right to use media for its own portfolio and marketing.
